摘要： 以沙曲选煤厂改扩建工程为背景，针对原有工艺、设备、布置等方面存在的问题，结合煤质资料和沙曲一、二矿井生产实际，重点对选煤工艺设计优化、设备选型的确定等方面进行归纳总结，对新旧粗煤泥分选系统的工艺设计、设备选型及生产运行情况进行了对比分析，以及改扩建后新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用情况与存在问题进行了剖析。
关键词: 稀缺炼焦煤, 选煤工艺, 设计优化
Abstract: The expansion project in Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant as the background, according to the existed technology, equipment, layout and other aspects of the problem, combined with the coal data and Shaqu mine production, focusing on the preparation process design and optimization, to determine the equipment selection and other aspects were summarized, and the production operation of the new old system and existing problems analyze.
